Interaction with nature

“Allah’s creation, and how rich in lessons it is!”

Nature is a great source of play and learning. In the first years of life, the child is busy building his body, so his physical and motor development is significant, compared to the rate of his physical growth during the rest of his life.

Movement, motor skill development and balance are the way to healthy physical growth and hence healthy mental and spiritual development. This movement should be in nature, not in plastic indoor places!

Nature could be a forest or a desert, it could be a big garden or two trees and a pile of sand.

On various forms and levels, nature is the child’s first educator, from which he develops his motor skills and balance through climbing trees, and walking in difficult paths such as sand, stones and grass, he also develops his creative skills by contemplating Allah’s creation and collecting elements from nature to help him in the imaginative, dramatic (pretend) and creative indoor play, which improves the sense of touch by playing in the mud, sand and touching everything that is natural.

An ongoing process of contemplation, interaction with creatures, and creativity. Do you see nature differently now?
